Waterfront Balcony Views

The Current of the Fox – Kimberly consists of the finest amenities you will find in any luxury apartment community. The true selling feature though, lies outside of your full-view glass patio doors. Each unit is constructed with a massive waterfront balcony that overlooks the Fox River.

Every waterfront apartment balcony is eight feet deep, and spans twenty to thirty feet in width! Views from these balconies are unlike that of any other apartment you will find in Appleton. Picture yourself sitting outside on a beautiful summer night listening to the current of the river. On the West side of the building, catch the sunset from one of our spectacular corner apartments.

Conversely, the East side of the building offers plenty of sunlight and views of the Kimberly dam. Each waterfront apartment is unique, but all offer fantastic views of the Fox River. To reserve your space, contact Midwest Expansion directly, or visit our contact page here.
